Get remote access info

GET 
/v1/connectivity/remote-access

Return the preferred URL, local LAN access, and Tailscale overlay access for this node. preferredUrl is the Tailscale URL when tailscaled is running, otherwise the LAN URL. operatorUrl appends /operator and is suitable for QR code generation so mobile users land directly on the operator panel.
