Restart a node

POST 
/admin/restart

Restart the Skulk process on this or a remote node. Pass node_install_id to resolve a stable installation identity to its current live runtime node, or node_id for a legacy session-scoped target. Active inference is interrupted, and the process is replaced; the node rejoins the cluster automatically on startup.
